Customer-focused Training that Empowers You and Your Team to Use Sage Solutions with Confidence
At T3T we want to see your teams happy, engaged, and productive while using our implemented Sage solutions:
Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and Sage 300 People.
The best way we can do that is through effective, customer-focused training.
Here’s how we do it.
Familiarisation Training at Project Commencement
This takes place during the early stages of the implementation project.
We use this discovery phase of the project – where we are discovering your business needs, and you are discovering how Sage can meet those needs – to get you and your teams comfortable and familiar with Sage terminology, the interface, process flows, and how we do things with Sage ERP.
This is a user-friendly, pressure-free way of introducing people to the change that is about to take place, in an environment that facilitates maximum adoption.
Hands-on Collaborative Training
We work hand-in-hand with the business during our testing and collaborative phase.
We do this with the business’s super-users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in order to ascertain what the desired outputs are, and the best way to achieve them with the Sage solution. Throughout these collaborative sessions, users are being exposed to the Sage software, and are learning how to operate the software in order to achieve the outcome that they need to perform their functions and roles in the business. And we are with them every step of the way.
End-User Training
We thoroughly believe that the better you, our client, is trained, the better the system will perform, and the happier you and your teams will be.
We provide training for your trainers so that you can train your team in-house, at minimal cost and inconvenience. In this way, your training is sustainable, and ensures newcomers will enjoy the best training for their roles and functions. We can also provide your end users with Quick Reference Cards in order to easily remember the steps required to carry out certain key tasks.
You can also make use of the opportunity to reiterate your ‘why’ – such as your brand, culture, and values – along with the ‘how’ through this training, so that it is more than just ‘ERP training’, and your team wins in every way.
